Urgent Order & Shipping Policy

• Priority Processing: If urgent tag printing is required, please let us know immediately so we can prioritize your order. For any assistance or rush requests, feel free to call or WhatsApp us at 99159-99110 or 82888-89656.

• Fast-Track Designing: Our team will start working on your design within 24 hours. For urgent orders, please try to review and confirm the final layout within 24 hours to avoid turnaround delays.

• Production Timeline: Our fast 1 to 3 working days printing timeline begins only after your design is approved. If there are delays due to multiple revision changes, the production timeline will shift accordingly.

• Artwork & File Requirements: If you already have a ready-made layout, our experts will check and approve it. To ensure high-quality printing, please avoid using incorrect sizes or wrong AI dimensions. We strictly require a high-resolution CDR file for the best print results.

• Working Days & Weekend Orders: Our service operates on business days only (Sundays and government holidays are off). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed next and dispatched on Tuesday or Wednesday.

• Unforeseen Delays: While we strictly maintain this schedule, occasional dispatch delays may occur due to severe weather, government strikes, or internal courier issues.

• Tracking & Delivery: Once shipped, you can track your package using the provided tracking details. Please keep in mind that the courier company takes its own standard transit time for final delivery.
